Planning to bring your kiddos to Sound Life Church for the first time? We are so excited to meet you and get to serve you on Sunday!

If you'd like to expedite your check-in process, simply fill out this form. Then, when you arrive, you can check in to Sound Life Kids at an iPad kiosks! 

Please include information for all children planning to attend.

i.e. Allergies, Special Needs, etc.

Please be advised that photo and video is regularly taken at Sound Life Church to help reach and connect with families, including of our Kids services and events. If for some reason your child needs to be excluded, please contact Pastor Leah at leahd@soundlifechurch.org
